2023 Patient Satisfaction Survey Results Are In!

Firefly Pediaiatrics would like to share our 2023 Patient Satisfaction Survey results.

Firefly Pediatrics conducted their 2nd annual patient satisfaction survey for two weeks in July and August 2023. As last years survey, we offered the survey electronically via our tablets as well as a QR code that parents could use on their mobile phones. New this year, we also offered the survey via a text link. A double sided, printed survey was also offered for those that did not desire to do the survey electronically. During the survey period, 77 surveys were completed. We were very pleased with the feedback and appreciate all of those who participated.
