Did you know Firefly Pediatrics offers a sliding scale discount to uninsured and under-insured families?

Firefly Pediatrics serves all patients, regardless of the ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered to uninsured or under-insured patients depending upon family size and income (sliding scale discount). Uninsured or under-insured patients may apply for a discount by filling out and returning a service discount application. Discounts must be approved prior to services.
