Our Providers

Hi, I’m Dr. Faith Blackmon, and I’m proud to call Cookeville, TN home. I

completed my undergraduate studies at University of Tennessee, Knoxville

(Go Vols!) before earning my medical degree from Lincoln Memorial

University. I then completed my pediatric residency training at Children's

Hospital at Erlanger through University of Tennessee College of Medicine-

Chattanooga.

My passion in medicine is caring for rural and underserved communities

while helping patients and families build lifelong health through lifestyle

medicine and preventive care. I believe in partnering with families to

provide compassionate, personalized care that supports the whole child.

Outside of medicine, I love football and all things outdoors—whether that’s

kayaking, hiking, gardening or simply enjoying all the natural beauty

Tennessee has to offer. I’m honored to serve this community and look

forward to caring for your family!
