Our Providers

Katie Cardwell, RN, CPNP grew up in Kingston, TN. Her desire to pursue a career in health care began very early in her childhood. Through volunteer work and nursing experience as a pediatric and labor and delivery nurse, her passion for caring for the pediatric population has only grown stronger.

Katie attended Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. She obtained her MSN degree with honors from King University in Knoxville, TN. Katie was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the international nursing honor society, in March 2018.

In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling with her husband and miniature golden doodle, Doug. Katie is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, a registered nurse with advanced education, skills, and training in caring for infants, children, and teens. She is also a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
